OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ASSESSMENT.

If you paid $1,499, our maximum liability is $1,499.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Business interruptions or downtime
  • Security breaches or cyber attacks
  • Regulatory fines or penalties
  • Third-party claims
  • Errors in implementation of our recommendations

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Conducting a complete HIPAA Security Risk Assessment
  • Implementing comprehensive security programs
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Testing all changes before production deployment
  • Consulting qualified professionals
